Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the golden3 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document as well as the related Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the golden3 platform. Continued use of this platform after any amendments to these terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To register a golden3 account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 and above at the date of registration.
• Register only one (1) account per individual — multiple accounts for one individual are prohibited.
• Provide true, accurate and current information during the registration process.
• Not currently listed on any gambling exclusion list by any relevant authority.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity.

golden3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension or permanent account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the golden3 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.
• Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method chosen and current system load.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities within the golden3 platform.

golden3 reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud. All approved transactions are final unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

golden3 offers various promotions from time to time. Our welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The applicable wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received before those bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

As a practical example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. Second example: a deposit of RM2,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,000, with an account balance of RM3,200 and a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

• Each account is only eligible to claim each promotion once unless stated otherwise.
• golden3 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion without prior notice.
• Misuse of the bonus system, including bonus arbitrage or coordinated betting between accounts, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• The golden3 VIP programme offers weekly cashback: Bronze tier up to 0.4%, Silver tier up to 0.8%, Gold tier up to 1.1% and Platinum tier up to 1.5%.

Game and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities offered on the golden3 platform are conducted according to the rules set for each product. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the game rules before joining any session.

Game results recorded by the golden3 system are final. Any technical interruptions that occur during a game session will be reviewed by our technical team. If there is an error in the payment of winnings due to a technical issue, golden3 reserves the right to correct that error.

• Users are prohibited from using automation software, bots or third-party tools to play on the platform.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to golden3 customer support and must not be exploited.
• Bets placed under unstable network conditions are at the user's own risk.

Account Closure and Bans

golden3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have breached any part of these terms and conditions.

• There is suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• The account is being used by an ineligible or underage individual.
• Attempts to exploit the bonus system unlawfully.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the golden3 customer support team. Self-exclusion requests can also be submitted as part of our commitment to responsible gambling.
